Ground rules at Lavunett

1. Treat customers the way we’d like to be treated.

The basics. (of course!)

2. Create an environment where employees can think big and have fun while doing good.

Nothing is more important to love what you’re involved in. Doesn’t matter what it i. At Lavunett we’re trying to bring all the ingredients together and we believe that’s the way to make great things happen.

3. Do good.

Serving the community is at the heart of what we do at Lavunett. Every aspect of our activity is built on responsibility. We are distributing a pair to someone in need for every pair sold. We also try hard to ensure that our factories have fair working conditions and happy employees. Learn more.

4. Green is the new Black

Lavunett is one of the only eco-conscious eyewear brands in the world.

VALUES & CULTURE

Ground rules at Lavunett

Our customers, employees, community and environment are our stakeholders. We consider them in every decision that we make.

Where does the name  “Lavunett” come from?

“Lavunett” or “La vue nette” means “The clear sight” in french. (Yes, we’re from France)

But it is also directly linked to our mission and vision... the idea comes from there! We believe that everyone has the right to see. Thus we're working in empowering lives by restoring vision around the world and providing a clear sight to everyone on earth. For every pair sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need.

Why eyeglasses?

Eyeglasses are a powerful tool for social and economic development and personal well-being. And yet, 2.5 billion people need and do not have this 700-year-old technology.

Studies confirm what we instinctively know to be true. Eyeglasses increase productivity, sustain income earning potential, enhance learning, and make people safer on the roads and in their homes.
