An expedited shipping option is available but subject to an extra fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your new glasses, you can always return them to us within 30 days – no questions asked.
Send a request to our customer service team on hello@lavunett.com. We will then send you a return slip within 72 hours and will refund you upon receipt and control of your glasses. Returns are charged in countries not covered by free shipping.
If I am absent during delivery what happens?
The driver will leave the package in your mailbox or leave a notice for you to pick it up the next day in your post office.
âž¼ If you are worried about not being present during the delivery of the package we may deliver your package to your workplace. To do this, simply specify your name and the name of your company in the shipping address.
